Don’t expect big floor fillers when Vox Supreme is playing! Serving the crowd an eclectic blend of genres, Jounes (aka Vox Supreme) knows how to mess with sonic expectations. Vox supreme is the founder of label & event organization Traumgarten. The sound in his sets can be best described as surprising; filled with fragments of ambient breaks, hefty kicks and punchy bass lines.
The rotterdam-based DJ played at clubs such as De School, Garage Noord, mur mur and RADION (Amsterdam), Het Bos (Antwerp), arkaoda (Berlin) and festivals such as Strange Sounds From Beyond (Amsterdam), Atlas Electronic (Marrakesh) and Waking Life (Crato, Portugal). His current label Traumgarten started as a show on Red Light Radio. Traumgarten grew out to be more than just a radio show, hosting event series at places such as De School and Garage Noord in Amsterdam and Waking Life Festival in Portugal.
